AGR Case: The Supreme Court is expected to hear adjusted gross revenue (AGR) case on Monday, July 20. Bharti Airtel/Vodafone Idea in focus.
Yes Bank: The private lender managed to close its follow-on-public offer (FPO) with 95% subscription on Friday. The bank received subscriptions for shares worth Rs 14,267 crore in the FPO, at the lower end of the price band of Rs 12-13 per share. The QIB portion of the issue was subscribed 1.4 times. The portion reserved for the retail investors was subscribed 0.47 time, while the portion set for High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) was subscribed 0.63 tomes and employees was 0.33 times. A discount of Rs 1 per equity share to successful eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion.
Muthoot Finance: Muthoot Finance board on Saturday decided to put in abeyance the proposal for a stock split in view of the current economic situation caused by the coronavirus, COVID-19, pandemic. The non-banking finance company on July 3 had informed about its proposal for a stock split.
Vodafone Idea: The telecom company on Saturday said that it has paid an additional Rs 1,000 crore toward Rs 58,000 crore it owes as adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues. This was the third tranche of payment made by the company taking the total amount paid to the government so far to Rs 7,854 crore. The Company had earlier deposited Rs. 6,854 crores in 3 tranches.
