Aarti Industries: Avenue Supermart that operates the DMart superstore chain has said that its promoters will sell a 2.28 per cent stakes of the company through an offer for sale (OFS) at a floor price of Rs 2,049 apiece. The OFS will fetch as much as Rs 3,000 crore. The OFS will open on Friday for institutional investors, while retail investors will be able to subscribe on Monday.

Telecom Stocks: The Supreme Court is likely to hear fresh pleas of telecom firms, including Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea and Tata Teleservices, seeking a new schedule of payment of statutory dues to the tune of Rs 1.47 lakh crore to the Department of Telecommunications. 

Bharti Airtel: The telecom major on Thursday said its wholly-owned subsidiary Network i2i has raised $250 million (approximately Rs 1,780 crore) through perpetual bonds.

Aarti Industries: India ratings has raised the long-term rating of the company from AA- to AA.

Adani Green Energy: The company has entered into a binding agreement with Total, who will invest $510 million for the acquisition of a 50 per cent stake in a JV company which will house 2,148 MWAC operating solar projects presently which are 100 per cent owned by Adani Green Energy.
