Yes Bank: The private lender on Wednesday said that it has delayed its third-quarter earnings as it is reviewing non-binding expressions of interest from four investors. The bank has said that the report on its earnings in the December quarter will be declared on or before March 14. Besides, India Ratings (Ind-Ra) has downgraded the long-term issuer rating of the bank on certain debt instruments to 'A-' from 'A' citing delayed fundraising.

PNC Infratech: Company has bagged a hybrid annuity highway project of 60.640 km long four laning of Aligarh-Kanpur section of NH 91 worth Rs 2,052 crore in Uttar Pradesh. The project will be executed under Bharatmala Pariyojna. The project is to be constructed in 30 months and operated for 15 years post-construction.

Tata Chemicals: The company on Wednesday said its promoter Tata Sons will increase its stake in the company to 25.26% by acquiring shares aggregating to 1.08 per cent stake from other group firms.

Godrej Properties: The company will challenge the National Green Tribunal’s order quashing environmental nod granted to one of its housing projects in Bengaluru. It says no construction work has been done in the buffer zone of a lake. 

BHEL: The state-run engineering firm BHEL said on Wednesday that it has signed a pact with Rosoboronexport, Russia, for cooperation and undertaking projects for defence systems.
