Elaborating upon the current market scenario Rohit Singre, Senior Technical Research Analyst, LKP Securities said, "The 50-stocks Nifty index has closed above 9,500. If it manges to sustain above this level tomorrow also, then we can expect it to touch 10,000 levels. But, my advice to the stock market investors is to book profit when it reaches around 9,800 to 9,900 range as it is making top out there, which means heavy profit-booking is expected at these levels." He said that if the market sustains above 9,500 then auto stocks may outperform other sectors.
