So, people finding an answer to their querry in regard to the stock trade will have to wait till tomorrow when the Indian share market re-opens on its usual timings. According to the BSE information, the financial markets will resume trading on Tuesday, October 22. So, if you are trying to search 'Is stock market open today' or 'will stock market open today' the answer is no.
The benchmark BSE Sensex closed up 0.63% at 39,298.38 on Friday, while the broader NSE Nifty ended 0.65% higher at 11,661.85. The 10-year benchmark bond yield closed at 6.70%, while the rupee settled at 71.15 to the dollar.

The stock market will also remain closed next Monday i.e. October 28th to celebrate Diwali 2019. Hence, the stock market will remain closed for three consecutive days from October 25th to October 28th (Saturday to Monday) as the share market remains closed on Saturday and Sunday while Monday being Diwali.
