SSC JHT 2019 Recruitment: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the final vacancy details of SSC JHT 2018 on September 26, 2019, for the recruitment of 115 vacant positions of Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator and Hindi Pradhyapak for various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations in the Government of India.

SSC JHT 2018: The SSC had released the notification on October 22, 2018, and the last date to apply for the same was November 19, 2018. The exams for Paper I was held on January 13, 2019, and the result was declared on March 22, 2019. Candidates can check for more related details from the SSC's official website.

Interested candidates can submit their preferences through the SSC's official website- www.ssc.nic.in on or before September 26, but the last date for online fee payment is September 28, 2019.

SSC JHT Exam 2019 Pay Scale:

For Junior Translator / Junior Hindi Translator, candidates will get Pay scale of Level 6 (Rs 35400- 112400)
Senior Hindi Translator will get salary of Level 7 (Rs 44900- 142400)
Hindi Pradhyapak will get salary of Level 8 (Rs 47600- 151100)

SSC JHT Exam 2019: Vacancy details

1. Junior Translator in Central Secretariat Official Language Service:
2. Junior Translator in Ministry of Railway (Railway Board)
3. Junior Translator in Armed Forces Headquarters (AFHQ)
4. Junior Translator/Junior Hindi Translator in subordinate offices who have adopted Model RRs of DoP&T for JT/JHT
5. Senior Hindi Translator in various Central Government Ministries/ Departments/Offices
5. Junior Translator/Junior Hindi Translator in subordinate offices who have not yet adopted Model RRs of DoP&T for JT/JHT
7. Junior Translator/Junior Hindi Translator in subordinate

Age Limit: Candidates should be of 30 years, and the candidates belonging to reserved categories can avail age relaxation as per government rules.

Application Fee: General candidates had to pay application fee of Rs 100 through SBI Challan/SBI Net banking or through credit/ debit cards of any bank, while SC/ST/PwD/ Ex-servicemen/Women candidates were exempted from paying any fee.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Paper I and Paper II only. Those who will secure the minimum qualifying marks in Paper-I shall be allowed to appear for Paper II.
