SSC CPO Recruitment 2018: Government jobs notification for 1223 posts in Delhi Police, CISF released, last date to apply is April 2
Educational Qualification for Delhi Police (DP): Bachelors degree in any stream from a recognised University. The candidate applying for the post must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motorcycle and Car).
SSC CPO Recruitment 2018: Staff Selection Commission (SSC), through a notification published on March 3, 3018, has invited applications for the posts of Sub Inspector in Delhi Police, Sub Inspector in CAPFs, Assistant Sub Inspector in CISF, Inspector posts and Sub Inspector Posts. SC CPO SI 2018 notification says that 1223 eligible candidates will be recruited for the posts.
Eligibility criteria: Educational Qualification for Delhi Police (DP): Bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognised University. The candidate applying for the post must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motorcycle and Car). Educational Qualification for candidates applying for other posts: He/she should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in any stream from a recognised University.
Age Limit: Between 20-25 years as on August 1, 2018.
Note: Candidates who were born before August 2, 1993, and after August 1, 1998, are not eligible for the posts.
Category wise Age Relaxation
OBC: 3 Years
SC/ST: 5 Years
Ex-servicemen: 3 years after deduction of the military service
For Group “B” posts:
Relaxation for Central Government Civilian Employees who have rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on closing date: 5 years
Central Government Civilian Employees (SC/ ST) who have rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on closing date: 10 years
For ASI in CISF:
Relaxation for Central Government Civilian Employees who have rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on closing date: maximum 40 Years of age
Relaxation for Central Government Civilian Employees (SC/ ST) who have rendered not less than 3 years regular and continuous service as on closing date: maximum 45 Years of age
Relaxation for candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the Jammu and Kashmir during the period from January 1, 1980, to December 31, 1989: 5 years
For Group “C” posts only:
Widows/Divorced omen/Women judicially separated and who are not remarried: maximum 35 Years of age
Widows/ Divorced Women/ Women judicially separated and who are not remarried (SC/ ST ): maximum 40 Years of age
Departmental Candidates for vacancies in Delhi Police only:
Departmental Candidates (Unreserved) who have rendered not less than 3 years of regular and continuous service as on closing date: maximum 30 Years of age
Departmental Candidates (OBC) who have rendered not less than 3 years of regular and continuous service as on closing date: maximum 33 Years of age
Departmental Candidates (SC/ ST) who have rendered not less than 3 years of regular and continuous service as on closing date: maximum 35 Years of age

Online Application begins: March 3, 2018
Last Day for applying: April 2, 2018
Last Day of Payment: April 2, 2018 (Online Mode) and April 5, 2018 (offline mode)
Date for Tier I exam: June 4 to June 10, 2018
Date for Tier II exam: December 1, 2018
Fee: Rs 100 (can be paid online as well as offline through SBI Challan)
