SSC Constable Recruitment 2018: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has postponed the GD Constable Recruitment online registration process for the second time.
SSC Constable Recruitment 2018: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has postponed the GD Constable Recruitment online registration process for the second time. The candidates would now be able to register online from 17th August 2018. The last date to complete the process is 17th September 2018, till 5:00 PM.
The Commission had earlier issued an official notification for the recruitment of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination to fill 54,953 vacancies. The registration process was to start from 25th July 2018, however, due to heavy traffic on its website, the commission has delayed the process by 20 days.
The applicants should go through the official notification before applying for the posts. They must make sure that they fulfil all the criiteria given in the notification.

Eligibility Criteria:
Class 10th passed from a recognised Board.
Selection Process:
Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and Medical Examination.

Once the registration process starts, candidates would be able to apply themselves through the official website of SSC. The applicants should keep visiting the official website for updates.
Application fee:
For General category fee is Rs.100 and for SC/ST/ex-servicemen there is no fee.
