Sonali Phogat, BJP leader and TikTok fame, passes away in Goa
Sonali Phogat had unsuccessfully contested the Haryana Assembly polls 2019 from the Adampur seat against Congress candidate Kuldeep Bishnoi. Bishnoi recently joined the BJP.
Sonali Phogat, Haryana Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and TikTok star, passed away on Tuesday in Goa, news agency ANI reported. Goa DGP Jaspal Singh confirmed the news about Sonia Phogat's death. "She has passed away. I have been given information that she was in Goa," Haryana BJP chief OP Dhankar told PTI.
The PTI report said that Sonali Phogat died of a heart attack in Goa. She hailed from Haryana's Hisar.
Capt. Bhupender, district president of the Hisar BJP said, "Sonali ji was in Goa. I spoke to her assistant and he said that she died of a heart attack."
