SBI Recruitment 2019: India's largest lender bank State Bank of India (SBI) is all set to recruit around 9,000 Junior Associates and the interested candidates can apply for the same online by May 3, 2019. The notification issued by SBI says that the bank is looking forward to filling 8,904 vacancies available for the appointment as Junior Associates in its customer support and sales segment in clerical cadre. The candidates can apply for vacancies in one state only and can appear for the test only once as per the guidelines of SBI.

Among all the states, Uttar Pradesh has the highest number of vacancies with 1,197 posts following Maharashtra with 780 and Rajasthan with 600. The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised university and should be between 20 to 28 years of age. The candidates from SC and ST categories will get relaxation of 5 years, while OBC and PwD will get relaxation of 3 and 10 years, respectively. Candidates of any discipline are qualified to apply.

The application has been started already and the last date to submit it is May 3, 2019. General and OBC candidates are required to pay Rs 750 for the application fee, while SC, ST and PwD candidates will have to pay Rs 125.

Step 3. Click 'Continue' once you are done reading the information

Step 4. Complete the registration and submit it

Step 5. Once registered, log in with your registered number and password

Step 6. Fill in details, upload photo and signature

Step 7. Pay the application fee and then submit the form to proceed further

Step 8. Take a print out for future reference

Other banks such as Bank of Baroda, Central Bank of India and Allahabad Bank are also recruiting in next couple of months, various other banks have also released notifications to fill up various posts on contractual appointment through online mode.
