SBI recruitment 2019: State Bank of India (SBI) has invited applications for the Specialist Cadre Officer Posts. Eligible and Interested candidates can apply for the post through the online format on or before 18 September 2019.

Chief Marketing Officer: 01 Post
Deputy Vice President (Marcom): 01 Post
Assistant Vice President (Marcom): 01 Post
Senior Executive (Events & Sponsorship): 01 Post
Pay Scale:
For Chief Marketing Officer, the selected candidates will be offered Rs 42-48 lakhs including variable pay of 10% subject to satisfactory performance.
For Deputy Vice President (Marcom), the selected candidates will be offered Rs 20-23 lacs p.a.(Fixed CTC). An increment of 10% p.a. shall be paidon fixed CTC. Besides this Performance linked Incentive of 10% p.a. from the second year on fixed CTC (base year).
For Assistant Vice President (Marcom) the selected candidates will be offered Rs 6-19 lacs p.a.(Fixed CTC). An increment of 10% p.a. shall be paid on fixed CTC. Besides this Performance linked Incentive of 10% p.a. from the second year on fixed CTC (base year).
For Senior Executive (Events & Sponsorship), the candidates will be offered Rs 12-15 lacs p.a.(Fixed CTC). An increment of 10% p.a. shall be paid on fixed CTC. Besides this Performance linked Incentive of 10% p.a. from the second year on fixed CTC (base year)
Eligibility Criteria
Chief Marketing Officer: BBA/MBA/PGDM (as full-time course) in any discipline from a recognised university/ institute. Preference will be given for specialisation in Advertising or Marketing in BBA/MBA/PGDM (as full-time course)
Deputy Vice President (Marcom): 2-year full-time MBA (or equivalent)/PGDM from a recognised Institution/ University (Preferably in Marketing).
Assistant Vice President (Marcom): 2-year full-time MBA (or equivalent)/PGDM from a recognised Institution/ University (Preferably in Marketing).
Senior Executive (Events & Sponsorship): Graduation from a recognised University/ Institution. Any specialized qualifications in Event Management would be an added advantage.
Age Limit:
Candidates should be of 35 years, and age relaxation for the reserved category would be applicable as per the government norms.
Application fees:
Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) is750/-(Seven hundred fifty only) for General/OBC/ EWS candidates and intimation chargesof 125/-(One hundred twenty fiveonly) for SC/ ST/PWD candidates
