Educational Qualification:
-For Executive posts, candidates must have done graduation in their respective or relevant field from a government recognized university or Institution. 
-For Non-Executive posts, candidate must be passed matriculation with one to three year of diploma or experience in their respective fields, except the candidates for the post of Fire Operator (Trainee), who need to have a graduation degree in any stream with Sub-officer course from National Fire Services College, Nagpur and valid driving licence for Heavy Motor Vehicles.

-For Overman- Candidate should have done Matriculation and 3 years full-time Diploma in Mining Engineering from a Government recognized Institute with minimum 50% marks.
-For Mining Sirdar-  Candidate should have done Matriculation from a Government recognized Institute with valid Mining Sirdar’s Certificate of Competency from DGMS.
-Surveyor posts applying candidates should also have done Matriculation with three years of full-time Diploma in Mining & Mine’s Survey from a Government recognised Institute with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

-Dy. Manager (Boiler and Turbine Operation) - 18 to 37 years
-Management Trainee (Tech.) Fire - 18 to 28 years
-Jr. Manager - 18 to 30 years 
-Fire Operator (Trainee), Fireman-cum-Fire Engine Driver (Trainee) - 18 to 28 years
-Operator-cum-Technician (Boiler Operator) - 18 to 30 years
-Operator-cum-Technician (Trainee) and Attendant-cum-Technician (Trainee) - 18 to 28 years
-Overman, Mining Sirdar, and Surveyor - maximum 28 years (as on 10 March 2019)
