Sanju box office collection day 11: This Ranbir Kapoor movie has been running full steam ahead now since its release, amassing a huge fortune as it barreled along juggernaut-like at the BO. Now, on day 11, Sanju collection has done a first! Well, truth be told, the movie's earnings have fallen into single digits for the first time since it was first released! Yes, it has been clocking double digit scores for 10 days and it is only in its second Monday that it has slowed down. Sanju collection on day 11 was a much more modest Rs 9 cr.

In comparison, most other movies released in 2018 were vortually dead in thier tracks by the second Monday. Sanju, on the contrary is live and kicking! Sanju collection, overall, India business, has ballooned to a massive Rs 274.48 crore. Notably, its significant milestones include, Rs 34.75 cr collection on day 1, Rs 120.06 cr in opening weekend, and Rs 202.51 cr in opening week. Next stop is of course the Rs 300 cr club.

A number of factors have gone into making Sanju movie into the success it is. One of them is that this is a Rajkumar Hirani directorial, then of course, there is the colourful life of actor Sanjay Dutt that has been put under the microscope and last, but not the least, Ranbir Kapoor essaying the role in an uncanny manner. The chemistry has been so beguiling that crowds have thronged to theatres in huge numbers.

The road ahead is of course quite tough now. The movie has to cross the Rs 300 ctr mark and then beat Deepika Padukone starrer. Thereafter, it will have to face the prospect of having a face-off with other top Bollywood movies. Word of mouth boost has it that there is still enough energy left in the movie to threaten a few more records yet.
