Saaho box office collection: Unbelievable! Prabhas starrer crosses Rs 300 cr mark in just 9 days

Saaho box office collection: Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer continues to do well at the box office across the country despite failing to impress the critics and facing tough competition from last Friday's release, Sushant Singh Rajput starrer Chhichhore. Even though Saaho saw a decline in its box office collection after completing a massive opening day, it has done well to make sure that the money invested comes back. Saaho collection has been decent in the second weekend across markets and notably, it has crossed the Rs 300 crore mark in just nine days.

This is the exact number of days taken by big budget films like Dangal, Sanju and Tiger Zinda Hai to achieve the feat. Only three films have achieved the feat faster than this - Bahubali: The Conclusion (three days), 2Point0 (six days) and Avengers: Endgame (seven days).

Saaho is doing well in the overseas markets as well and has raked in a total Rs 400 crore at the worldwide box office so far. "#Saaho has crossed ₹ 400 Crs+  Gross at the WW Box office in 10 days..," entertainment industry tracker Ramesh Bala tweeted. In another tweet, Bala confirmed that the Hindi version of the film has earned Rs 131 crore so far.

Overwhelmed, Prabhas took to social media and penned a note to his fans saying, "To my beloved fans and audience, Thank you for all your unconditional love for #Saaho. This film is what it is because of the sheer appreciation and incredible response you all have given. Lots of love to you all! (sic)"
