The North Eastern Railways, Goraphpur has invited applications for the post of an apprentice. There is a total of 1,104 vacancies available under these posts. The interested and eligible candidates can send their applications to the official websites, indianrailways.gov.in and ner.indianrailways.gov.in. The process of online applications will start from November 26, 10 am onwards and will last till 5 pm on December 25.
Railways apprentice recruitment: Eligibility
- Education: Class 10 with at least 50 percent marks along with ITI certificate.
- Age
For the general category: 15 to 24 years
For SC, ST category: 15 to 29 years
For OBC category: 15 to 27 years
For PwD category: 15 to 34 years

Step 2: Click on ‘Act Apprentice 2019-20’ link on the homepage
Step 3: Click on application link next to apply online

Step 7: Make payment to submit the application
The candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 100. However, the reserved category candidates including SC, ST, EWS, PwD candidates along with women, are exempted from paying the fee.
