Fuel prices are steadily coming down in the wake of the softening of international crude oil prices. On Friday, a litre of petrol was priced at Rs 70.29 in New Delhi, Rs 75.91 in Mumbai, Rs 72.50 in Kolkata, Rs 72.94 in Chennai and Rs 70.93 in Gurgaon. Petrol is cheapest in Chandigarh at Rs 66.45 and in Hyderabad, the price is Rs 74.55 per litre. While this does bring a relief to Indian citizens who were once this year were paying more than Rs 92 per litre on petrol. But, now you can save more on fuel purchase, especially petrol price. It is definitely an icing on the cake.
