Recruitment 2019: Food Corporation of India (FCI) has invited applications for the post of 4103 Assistant, Junior Engineer, Typist & Stenographer from aspirants at its official website-fci.gov.in before March 30, 2019. Candidates are advised to first go through details related to qualification, eligibility conditions, and other rules on the website prior to submitting their application.
Eligibility Criteria for FCI Recruitment
1. Junior Engineer: Candidates should hold Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with one year experience, and their age should not exceed 28 Years.
2. Steno: Candidates should be Graduate along with O‘ level qualification of DOEACC and speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively or Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application with speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively. Their maximum age should not exceed 25 years as on 01.01.2019.
3. AG-II (Hindi): Candidates should hold a degree of a recognized University with Hindi as the main subject and One year experience of translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa, and their age should not exceed 28 years as on 01.01.2019.
4. Typist (Hindi): Candidates should hold a Graduation or equivalent degree along with 30 W.P.M speed in Hindi Typing, and their age should not exceed the age of 25 years as on 01.01.2019.
5. AG-III (General): Candidates should have Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with proficiency in the use of computers, and their age should not exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2019.
6. AG-III (Accounts): Candidates should have Bachelor of Commerce degree from a recognized University with proficiency in the use of computers, and their age should not exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2019.
7. AG-III (Technical): Candidates should have completed B.Sc. in Agriculture Or B. Sc. in Botany / Zoology / Bio-Technology / Bio-Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Science Or B. Tech / BE in Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Agricultural Engineering / Bio-Technology. Their maximum age should not exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2019.
8. AG-III (Depot): Candidates should hold Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with proficiency in the use of computers. Their Their maximum age should not exceed 27 years as on 01.01.2019.
Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General/OBC category need to pay Rs 500, while SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates need not pay any fee. Application fee should be paid through Debit Cards,Credit Cards, and Internet Banking.
Under Phase-I of online test, the test will be Objective type (Multiple Choice Questions), and each question will carry equal 01 (one) mark. For each wrong answer, there will be negative marking of one-fourth (1/4) of the mark assigned to that question. If a question is left blank, there will be no negative marking for that question. Notably, the marks obtained in Phase-I will not be reckoned in final merit ranking.
The Admit Card for the ONLINE Test indicating the time and venue of examination for each candidate can be downloaded from www.fci.gov.in 15 days prior to the date of examination onwards. Those who are not able to generate their Admit Cards online, should register their grievance at http://cgrs.ibps.in at least one week before the date of the
examination
