Recruitment 2018: Safdarjung Hospital & VMMC invites application on vmmc-sjh.nic.in for Group C and Group B posts

Recruitment 2018: Safdarjung Hospital & VMMC has issued notifications to fill 17 vacancies for Group ‘C’and Group ‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) posts. The application process has begun on the official website: vmmc-sjh.nic.in. The last date for submission of the application is 20 August 2018. Candidates who want to apply for more than one posts, can apply separately for each post. 

The applicants must go through the official notifications before applying for the posts. They must make sure that they have all the required qualifications for the posts. The applicants can visit the official website for details.

Physiotherapist: 7
Junior Technician (Leather Technology): 1
Junior Technician (Orthotics): 2
Junior Technician (Footwear Technology): 1
ECG Technician: 2
Optometrist: 1
Pharmacist: 3

Eligibility Criteria:
Physiotherapist: The applicants should hold Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognised Institution.
Junior Technician (Leather Technology): The applicant should be class 10th pass or its equivalent from a recognised Board. They should have certificate in industrial leather work and moulding.
Junior Technician (Orthotics): The applicant should be class 10th pass with a certificate in one of the following trades namely like Fitter/ Instruments Mechanic/ Welder/ Electroplater.
Junior Technician (Footwear Technology): The candidate should be class 10th pass  and possess certificate in Shoe Making.
ECG Technician: The applicant must be class 10th pass and should possess experience of handling E.C.G. machine for one year.
Optometrist: The candidates should have Degree in Optometry from a recognised University.
Pharmacist: The applicants should be class 12th pass in Science with two years Diploma in Pharmacy.

3. Have to click on ‘Details/ Application Performa’
4 Download the application form and take a printout
5. Have to fill the form with details
6. The applicants have to send hardcopy of duly filled application form, receipt of application fee and other required documents to The Medical Superintendent, Safdarjang Hospital, New Delhi-110029.

Application Fee:
The fee for unreserved category is Rs.200, for OBC is Rs.100. For SC/ ST, there is no application fee. 

Selection Process:
The selection will be on the basis of an examination.
