As per Election Commission of India's website - https://results.eci.gov.in/, "Results trends will start from 8 AM on 10th March 2022." 

Here is step by step guide to check assembly election results 2022 online at results.eci.gov.in for states of UP, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Goa.

Step 1 - Log on to https://results.eci.gov.in/

Step 2 - Click on - GENERAL ELECTIONS TO ASSEMBLY CONSTITUENCY MARCH-2022 

Step 3 - A message will appear -  Results trends will start from 8 AM on 10th March 2022.

Once counting begins at 8 am on 10th March, https://results.eci.gov.in/ will show details of assembly election results 2022 for states of UP, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Goa.
