President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh bade farewell to Virat on this occasion.

The bodyguard horse of the President, Virat was also given the Chief of the Army Staff Commendation Medal this year.

President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh were seen patting the horse when the President was leaving the Rajpath.
