PPSC Recruitment: Apply for 22 posts of Extra Assistant Conservator of Forests on ppsc.gov.in

PPSC Recruitment: The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has sought online applications from candidates for recruitment to 22 posts of Extra Assistant Conservator of Forests on its official website - ppsc.gov.in - till October 18. The online applications of candidates will be rejected if they fail to fulfil their educational qualification and physical standards according to the norms set by the Commission. Applicants must have knowledge of Punjabi language up to matric standard. 
 
The candidates should know that the last date for depositing application fee is October 25.
 
Notably, the candidates must have Bachelor's degree in second division or Masters degree in Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Geology, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agriculture or Economics.
 
Those who are interested must be in the age group of 18 to 37 years as on January 1, 2018.
 
According to the notification, the Commission will hold competitive examination for selecting candidates for the said post.
 
Selection process: Candidates will have to qualify a physical test comprising a walk of 25 Km to be covered in 4 hours.
