Manager (Human Resource): The candidates should hold a Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management/Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation/Social work or MBA in HR from any recognised university/reputed Institute. The candidates should have 9 years of post-qualification experience in executive/ gazetted officer cadre out of which at least 3 years in the immediate lower pay scale or equivalent level.

Assistant Officer Trainee (Company Secretary): The applicants should be Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
