Polymer maker awarded major order for supply of gas meters

A leading speciality chemical maker has secured an order for supplying Ultra Sonic Gas Meters to Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL).
These Ultra Sonic Meters will be deployed to the first ever project of IGL for custody applications, which is one of the largest business segments for Natural Gas supply to Industrial and Commercial applications.
The order was awarded to Genesis Gas Solutions which is wholly owned subsidiary of Vikas Lifecare.
Genesis had earlier received orders for ultrasonic meters for field regulating skid (FRS) for city gas distribution companies during April 2023.
The latest order from IGL marks its second major achievement. Prior to this, the company's Agro Product Division received an impressive order valued at Rs 15.5 crore in the last week of May 2023.
The company in a statement had said, "The Agro Products Division, The Agro Products Division has bagged fresh orders worth Rs 15.5 crore to be executed within the Q2 2023-24. The division has achieved Rs 48 crore sales before bagging this fresh order and the company targeting a goal of Rs 360 crore for the Agro Products Division for the current fiscal year, as compared to the Rs 200 crore accomplished during the last Fiscal."
