PM Narendra Modi announces to repeal all 3 farm laws
The Prime Minister will kick start the significant project on the concluding three-day `Rashtra Raksha Samarpan Parv` event being organised by the Ministry of Defence, along with the government of Uttar Pradesh.
PM Modi Address to the Nation: In his address to the nation on Friday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that it has been decided that the three farm laws will be repealed. He further added that in order to make MSP more effective and transparent, a committee will be constituted to take decisions on all such matters keeping in view the future.

While addressing, the Prime Minister said, "To make MSP more effective and transparent, a committee will be constituted to take decisions on all such matters keeping in view the future. In this committee, there will be representatives of the central government, state governments, farmers, agricultural scientists, agricultural economists."

He added, "Today, the government has taken another important decision related to the agriculture sector. To promote zero budget farming i.e. natural farming, to scientifically change the crop pattern keeping in mind the changing requirements of the country - PM."

He the added, "But such a sacred thing, absolutely pure, matter of farmers' interest, we could not explain to some farmers despite our efforts. Agricultural economists, scientists, progressive farmers also tried their best to make them understand the importance of agricultural laws."

The PM said, "To overcome the challenges faced by the small farmers of the country, we worked all-round on seeds, insurance, markets and savings. Along with good quality seeds, the government also connected the farmers with facilities like neem coated urea, soil health card, micro irrigation."
PM said, "In this great campaign to improve the condition of the farmers, three agricultural laws were brought in the country. The objective was that the farmers of the country, especially small farmers, should get more strength, they should get the right price for their produce and more and more options to sell the produce."
PM said, "We have seen the challenges of farmers closely in our five decades of life, when the country gave us an opportunity to serve as Pradhan Sevaks in 2014, we gave top priority to agriculture development, farmer welfare."
In his address, PM Modi said, "Today is the holy festival of light of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. I extend my heartiest congratulations to all the people of the world and to all the countrymen."
He said, "It is also very pleasant that Kartarpur Sabih Corridor has now reopened after a gap of one and a half year."

Furthermore, the Prime Minister will formally hand over Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) designed Advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) suite for Naval ships to the Indian Navy at a ceremony in Jhansi on Friday.
As per an ANI report,it must be noted that Advanced Electronic Warfare (EW) System `Shakti` has been designed and developed by Defence Electronics Research Laboratory (DLRL) Hyderabad a laboratory of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) for Capital Warships of the Indian Navy for the interception, detection, classification, identification and jamming of conventional and modern Radars. The Shakti EW system will provide an electronic layer of defence against modern radars and anti-ship missiles to ensure electronic dominance and survivability in the maritime battlefield. This system will replace the earlier generation EW Systems of the Indian Navy, the Ministry of Defence said in a statement.
