Passengers stuck in Phuket as Air India cancels Delhi-bound flight; SpiceJet cancels flights due to poor visibility in Delhi

Passengers at Air India flight AI377, which was scheduled to leave from Phuket to Delhi on November 16, were upset as Air India cancelled the flight.
The flight was scheduled to come to New Delhi on the night of November 16.

No official statement has come from Air India yet.
According to information received from sources related to Air India, the flight was not flown on November 16 due to a flight duty time limitation.
When the plane was flown on November 17, it had a technical issue, due to which an emergency landing was made.
The plane could not be repaired, which caused the problem.
Stay was arranged for all the passengers, and everyone will be reimbursed, as per sources.
Sources said that many passengers were sent.
"There are 35-40 passengers who are currently in Phuket, they will be taken home this evening and dispatched by flight from there," say sources.
Delhi-bound flights have been running late due to poor visibility.
As many as 30 per cent of IndiGo flights were delayed.
On the other hand, more than half of Air India and SpiceJet flights were late.
