Educational qualification:
Deputy Manager (Geology): The candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in Geology/Applied Geology OR B.Tech.

Manager (Geology): The applicants should hold a Master’s degree with Geology/Applied Geology OR B.Tech. Should have a degree in Geology from ISM, Dhanbad and at least 04 years of post-qualification relevant experience. Should be familiar with UNFC for minerals. Candidates with experience in metalliferous mine will be given preference.

Deputy General Manager (Geology): The candidates should hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) with Geology/Applied Geology OR B.Tech. in Geology from ISM. At least 12years of post-qualification experience. The candidates should be familiar with UNFC for minerals.

General Manager (Geology): The candidates should be M.Sc. in Geology/Applied Geology OR B.Tech. Degree in Geology from ISM, Dhanbad. At least 20 years of post-qualification experience. Should be familiar with UNFC for minerals.

Manager (Geology): Pay sclale Rs 67,700 to Rs 2,08,700
Deputy General Manager (Geology): Rs 78,800 to Rs 2,09,200
General Manager (Geology): Rs 1,27,100 to Rs 2,16,300
