Manipur Board Class 12 results 2018: The Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) is likely to announce the result of class 12 examination today. Students who appeared for the examination this year can download their results from the official website manresults.nic.in. The Class 12 examination was held from February 19 to March 28. Students who appeared for the Manipur HSE Examination 2018 can check their results from the official website. The Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM), also known as the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur (COHSEM), on its official website manresults.nic.in, has stated that results would be announced today.
 
Here are few steps that students need to follow to check their result:
 
1. Log on to the official website: manresults.nic.in
2. Click on the link that says Manipur Class 12 result 2018 or Manipur HSE Class 12 Results 2018
3. Fill up all the necessary details
4. Click on submit
5. You can also download the result and take a print out for future use. 
 
According to the official website, BSEM will release the official mark sheet and pass certificate on the website after the Class 12 results are declared. BSEM conducted Manipur HSE Class XII 2018 exams across 91 centres and a total of 28,020 candidates appeared for the same.

Last year, as many as 26,139 candidates had appeared for the class 12 examination. Out of these 10,536 were male candidates and 12,497 were female candidates. Out of the overall 68.81 per cent passing percentage, 66% were boys and 68% were girls.
 
The COHSEM, which conducts the Higher Secondary Examination (HSE) for the state, had last year announced the Class XII results on May 23.
 
It may be noted that the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur was established in year 1992 under the provisions of the Manipur Higher Secondary Act, 1992 (Manipur Act 4 of 1992). Prior to the formation of this council, the +2 courses in the state were conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur as Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate course in the Higher Secondary Schools and Pre-University course by the Manipur university in the College.
