On this auspicious occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, let’s try to understand and analyse some of the key principles that Gandhiji followed. These principles were tough and fair and led to India securing freedom from the British Raj. Notably, some of the greatest  companies in India have been tremendously successful as their leaders have followed Mahatma Gandhi’s principles. This, in turn, helped investors grow their money.

Gandhiji believed in the principle of work is wisdom; means there is no happiness in enjoying any reward without working effortlessly and ethically for it. Gandhiji believed in being honest and worked towards his path with complete integrity until his goal was achieved.

These leaders had one thing in common; they had a great vision and outlook of where they want to reach and what they want to achieve, their willingness to work hard, determination to ensure growth of self, employees working within the organisation and to benefit India.

These leaders started their career with absolutely nothing; they all had a good character and intention like Gandhiji, which helped them to gain trust and faith of the people of this great nation. They found followers everywhere they went and were only able to grow slowly and steadily. They were bound to win, achieve success and ensure growth in each and every aspect of life like Gandhiji.
