Long Nifty, Short Bank Nifty before the RBI MPC announcements, Anil Singhvi says he advises investors to hedge their bets

Zee Business Managing Editor Anil Singhvi said that investors should hedge there bets today as the bi monthly monetary policy is to be announced by the Reserve Bank Of India Governor Shaktikanta Das. He said that he was not too excited about the policy announcements this time as there was no room for RBI to come out with some very good announcements.

If the policy is neutral then this trade is perfect he said. Even if the policy is negative, this strategy is will be perfect, he further said.

Even if the policy announcements are very positive then also it is unlikely that the Bank Nifty will run away in a jffy. It is likely that the Bank Nifty underperforms and may go downwards.
