Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Phase 7: With the end of the sixth phase of voting for the ongoing Lok Sabha Elections, the country now gears up for the seventh and final phase of the polling process.

With a total of 57 parliamentary constituencies set to cast their vote across eight states and union territories, the last phase is scheduled to take place on Saturday, June 1.

The states of Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand, and the union territory of Chandigarh will cast their votes in the seventh phase, completing the voting process across the country. 

A total of 13 seats from Uttar Pradesh and Punjab each, nine seats from West Bengal, eight seats from Bihar, six seats from Odisha, four seats from Himachal Pradesh, three seats from Jharkhand, and one seat from Chandigarh will go to the polls in this phase.

Till now, the voters' turnout in the first phase of the election process was recorded at 66.14 per cent across 102 constituencies. In the second phase, it was 66.71 per cent, covering 88 constituencies. In phase three, it was 65.68 per cent across 94 constituencies, with the fourth phase registering a total turnout of 69.16 per cent in 96 constituencies. The fifth phase recorded 62.2 per cent of voter turnout in 49 constituencies, with the sixth phase registering 61.98 per cent of voter turnout in 57 constituencies.

The counting for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 will take place on Tuesday, June 4.
