Top companies on BSE Sensex were Yes Bank which ended at Rs 227.85 up by 5.49%, Asian Paints at Rs 1298.20 up by 3.79%, Adani ports at Rs 338 up by 3.49%, Sun Pharma at Rs 595.90 up by 2.32% and Hero Motocorp at RS 2949 up by 1.04%

Bharti Airtel at Rs 298.45 low by 2.45%, Infosys at Rs 661.45 low by 2.15%, TCS at Rs 1909.80 down by 1.70 %, Reliance at Rs1093.35 low by 1.55% and SBIN ends at Rs 283 down by 1.27% were among the top losers.

15:20 PM: BSE Sensex closes at 35,158.55 low by 79.13 points or 0.22%, whereas Nifty ends at 10,585.20 low by 13.20 points or 0.12%

14:50 PM:  Top loser on S&P BSE MidCap Index are Indian Bank trading at Rs 234.30 per piece low by Rs 28.10 or 10.72 touching an Intraday low of Rs 233.05 or over all fall of 11%.

The company has announced its Q2FY19 result and declared a net profit of Rs 150.14 cr as compared to Q1FY19 which was Rs 209.31 cr. It had reported a profit of Rs 451.54 cr in Q2FY18.

Despite showing the profit in the Q2FY19 results the investors have lost interest in it due to depreciation in profit.

14:05 PM:  S&P BSE Mid Cap Index trading at 14921.22 up by 74.38 points or 0.50%.

Top traders on Mid Cap sector are Bank of India trading at Rs 91.20 per piece up by 5.49%, Voltas at Rs 537 up by 4.39%, JSW Energy at Rs 71.55 up by 4.22%, IIFL at Rs 482 up by 3.92% and Bluedart at Rs 2950 up by 3.84% at around 1400 hrs.

13:50 PM: S&P BSE Small Cap Index trading at 14621.54 up by 34.82 points or 0.24%.

Top traders on Small Cap sector are Linde India at Rs 570.05 up by 17.40%, Infibeam Avenues at Rs 57.20 up by 14.86%, Ramco Industries at Rs 213 up by 10.51%, Dredging at Rs383.15 up by 9.99% and HOV Services at Rs 209.30 up by 9.90% at around 1350 hrs.

12:30 PM: India Cement is currently trading in green at Rs 97.45 per piece up by Rs 3.40 or 3.62% at around 1252 hrs. The company has announced its Q2FY19 result and declared a profit of Rs 1.43 cr as compared to Q1FY19 which was Rs 21.03 cr. It had reported a profit of s 23.67 cr in Q2FY18.

Petrol and diesel prices in Mumbai are Rs 83.57 per litre after a reduction of 15 paisa and Rs 76.22 after a reduction of 16 paisa from previous day price, respectively.
