LIC AAO Recruitment 2019: Hurry! Submit your application for 590 AAO posts at licindia.in; check last date

LIC AAO Recruitment 2019: Life Insurance Corporation Limited (LIC) has invited online applications from eligible candidates for as many as 590 vacant posts of Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) through a notification on its official website www.licindia.in till March 22, 2019, as the registration was started on March 2, 2019. Since the festival of colour has gripped people across the country, aspirants should ensure that they did not miss the opportunity and submit their application prior to the last date. 

The interested candidates must go through the details related to LIC AAO Exam Pattern, age limit and others aspects on the official website.

The candidates would be able to download their call letters for preliminary examination from April 22, 2019 to April 30, 2019, as prelims would be held on 4th & 5th May 2019, while LIC AAO mains examination would be organised on 28th June 2019.

Vacancy details of LIC AAO Jobs 2019 include AAO (Generalist)-350; AAO (IT)-150; AAO (CA)-50; AAO (Actuarial)-30; and AAO (Rajbhasa)-10.

LIC AAO Notification 2019: Eligibility Criteria 

AAO (Generalist) Posts: Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in any Discipline
AAO (IT) Posts: Candidates should have Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Computer Science, IT or Electronics, or MCA or MSC (CS)
AAO (CA) Posts: Candidates should have Bachelors’s Degree, and have also passed Final Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
AAO (Actuarial) Posts: Candidates should Bachelors’s Degree in any Discipline
AAO (Rajbhasa) Posts: Candidates should be Post Graduate Degree

Age limit

Candidates should have minimum age of 21 Years, and their maximum age should not exceed 30 Years. Candidates will also be avail of age relaxation: SC/ST – 05 Years; OBC – 3 Years; PWD (Gen) – 10 Years; PWD (SC/ST) – 15 Years; PWD (OBC) – 13 Years; ECO/SSCO (Gen) – 5 Years;  ECO/SSCO (SC/ST) – 10 Years; ECO/SSCO (OBC) – 8 Years, while confirmed LIC employees would be further relaxation of 5 Years.

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD categories need to pay Rs 100/- + Transaction Charges, while General and OBC candidates will have to pay Rs 600/- + Transaction Charges.

Salary: Selected candidates for AAO (Asst Administrative Officer) will get Rs 42,000/- to Rs 45,000/- Per Month (Rs 56,000/- PM with ‘A’ Class city plus & other benefits)

Selection Process: Candidates for LIC AAO Jobs 2019 will selected on the basis on Written Examination (Online Test) followed by an Interview.

Notably, candidates after appointment as Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) will have to complete probation period one year from the date of joining. This period can be extended upto two years based on his/her performance.
