Leading facility management company announces hiring over 10,000 professionals this year, eyes steady growth in revenue

SILA, one of India's leading facility management companies, is on track to surpass Rs 750 crore in revenue within its Facility Management division this year. This achievement comes after the successful acquisition of Forbes Facility Services from the esteemed Shapoorji Pallonji Group in 2022.
As one of the largest facility management companies in India, SILA provides services to renowned global and Indian companies across the nation. To meet the demands of its existing clients and accommodate its expansion plans, SILA aims to employ over 10,000 new professionals this year. Currently, the company manages a whopping 150 million square feet of real estate throughout India and has a workforce of more than 18,000 employees. By 2024, SILA anticipates its employee count to rise to nearly 30,000.
Expressing his views on the company's expansion plans, Rushabh Vora, the Co-founder and Managing Director of SILA, said, “We believe that our team and proprietary technology sets us apart. Our facility management division has grown organically at a CAGR of over 40%. We are confident that we can continue this pace of growth off a higher base, given the size and growth of the addressable market for Facility Management services in India.”
SILA, established in 2010 by brothers Rushabh and Sahil Vora, operates as a real estate platform. The company has received backing from prominent investors such as Norwest Venture Partners and Samara Capital Group in their respective real estate services and development businesses.
