Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) recently issued the UPSC IES/ISS Exam 2019  notification as per the schedule announced through the UPSC Exam calendar, which is 20 March 2019. Interested candidates can apply this year in Engineering Services through UPSC Online Application portal upsconline.nic.in.
This year the UPSC IES/ISS Exam 2019 Notification has a total of 65 vacancies in Junior Time Scale of the Services have been notified, out of which 32 belongs to Indian Economic Services (IES) while rest of the 33 posts are for Indian Statistical Services (ISS).

The last date to fill up the form is 16 April 2019, and the exam will be conducted for the same on 28 June 2019.

Eligibility criteria:

Candidates having Graduate and Post-Graduate Degree in relevant subjects are eligible for this examination. 

The age of the candidate should not be less than 21 years and more than 30 years. Also, age relaxation for the reserved category candidates is given as per government norms.

For the post of Indian Economic Service, the candidates need to have a Post-Graduate Degree in Economics/Applied Economics/Business Economics/Economtrics from a recognized University.

For Indian Statistical Service the applicant should have Bachelor's Degree with Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics as one of the subjects or a Master's degree in Statistics/Mathematical Statistics/Applied Statistics from a recognized University.
