KGF vs Zero box office collection: When Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma, and Katrina Kaif starrer Zero failed to make much cut at the box office, Yash-starrer KGF is doing quite well in theatres across India. KGF Hindi version made Rs 1.25 crore in box office collection on Friday, while Zero could only manage to earn Rs 1 crore in the same day.

"#Zero Second Friday- ₹ 1 cr nett approx. Total ₹ 86 cr nett. ₹ 100 cr is out of reach now. All-India Nett: #KGF - ₹ 1.25 Crs #Zero - ₹ 1 Cr".
With Yash and Sridnidhi Shetty in lead roles, KGF has so far earned over Rs 100 crore in all. The film was, other than Kannada, released in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam. The film revolves around the Kolar Gold Fields in Karnataka in 80s.
