Besides a consolation prize of Rs 8,000, there are many other prizes. The winners have to claim their money within 30 days of the draw.  The price of a single ticket is Rs 40, and the entire book is Rs 750. If the prize amount is less than Rs 5,000 then the winners can claim the money from any lottery shop in Kerala, However, if the amount is more than Rs 5,000, the winners will have to surrender their tickets before a bank or government lottery office with valid id proofs.
