Kabir Singh box office collection: Even after third week of its release, Shahid Kapoor starrer is still showing no signs of slowing down. The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial venture is just Rs 40 lakh away from Rs 250-crore mark. With a Rs 3.32 crore collection on Thursday, the movie has 249.60 crore in India business. Kabir Singh has emerged the highest grossing Hindi film of 2019.

After grossing Rs 20.21 crore first day, the film crossed Rs 50-crore mark by Day 3 and Rs 100-crore mark by Day 5. So far it has had a spectacular run at the box office. The movie on social discrimination drew a large crowd to theatres. The move did well despite the Cricket World Cup 2019 was going on and the people of the cricket-crazy country were hooked to television watching matches.

Kabir Singh, which is based on caste-based discrimination, broke many records since its release. It is the fourth highest Hindi film opener of this year.  It received mixed reviews from the critics and audience. However, its collection at the box office was not much affected by cricket or reviews.
