Junglee box office collection day 4: Vidyut Jammwal starrer has not done as good as was expected from it. After witnessing a surge in collection on the second and third days, the film failed to rake in a decent amount day 4. This is, despite it received rave reviews and applause from the audience. After the surge in collection on the second and third days, it was expected that the earnings will go up further. It has to maintain consistency in earnings this week to recover the lost ground.

The Hollywood filmmaker Chuck Russell directorial venture has so far earned Rs 16.25 crore in India business. On the opening day it only managed to earn Rs 3.35 crore. However, the collection surged on Saturday and Sunday. On Saturday, it collected RS 4.45 crore, while RS 6.05 crore on Sunday.  Monday collection was lower at Rs 2.40 crore. 

"#Junglee is steady on the lower side... Needs to maintain the momentum on remaining weekdays... Fri 3.35 cr, Sat 4.45 cr, Sun 6.05 cr, Mon 2.40 cr. Total: ₹ 16.25 cr. India biz," Film trade analyst and critic Taran Adarsh tweeted today.

 

Jammwal's action in the film is captivating and a perfect mix of the ancient art of traditional martial arts Kalaripayattu has received appreciation from the audience. The film revolves around the bond between an elephant (Bhola) and Raj, a veterinary doctor, played by Jammwal. He saves elephants from poachers. The movie has a message for the audience, that is - if all of us stop using ivory products that will help reduce poaching and smuggling of wild animals.  

The collection in the coming days will give a better picture about its earning prospects.
