Junglee box office collection: Vidyut Jammwal starrer film has maintained its presence, but at slow pace on the box office. Playing as the key protagonist in Junglee, Jammwal's latest venture is expected to grow in the second weekend, especially on Saturday and Sunday, as moviegoers prefer these two days. Directed by Chuck Russell, who has been associated with projects like The Mask (1994), The Scorpion King (2002) and I Am Wrath (2016). The American director has worked with elephants and typical Bollywood tradition of dance and drama to create magic on the screen.

However, movie critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh expressed that the film's business in the 2nd week will be crucial to yield satisfactory results in his tweet today, "#Junglee finds favour in mass circuits... Week 1 is lower than expected... Trends lower than #Commando2... Biz in Week 2 crucial for satisfactory results... Earlier on Wednesday, the action-adventure film could added Rs 1.55 crore, while on Thursday after a six-day run in cinemas, the total earning stood at Rs 19.70 crore, which is not a discouraging figure if look at the box office competition. 

On Thursday, Taran Adarsh tweeted as, “#Junglee Fri 3.35 cr, Sat 4.45 cr, Sun 6.05 cr, Mon 2.40 cr, Tue 1.90 cr, Wed 1.55 cr. Total: ₹ 19.70 cr. India biz.”

Produced by Vineet Jain and Priti Shahani under the film production banner of Junglee Pictures, the film's idea first came from Rohan Sippy, who was assigned the job to direct it initially, but the film ultimately fell into the lap of Russell, thereby marking his debut in the Hindi film industry.

In his earlier film like Commando2, Vidyut Jammwal has been able to make a place among youth due to his action-packed sequences, and in Junglee also he is seen performing breathless stunts.
