Jobs alert! Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Registration Process for Civil Judge Exam 2019 begins
Online registration for recruitment has begun and candidates can submit their application till October 9. The preliminary exam will be held on November 11. The main exam will be held on March 2020.
TNPSC Registration Process: The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has notified the details of the Civil Judge recruitment. For direct recruitment of Civil Judge in the Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service. Online registration for recruitment has begun and candidates can submit their application till October 9. The preliminary exam will be held on November 11. The main exam will be held on March 2020.
A total of 176 vacancies have been announced by the Commission.
Pay Scale:
The Pay Scale of Rs. 27,700 – 770 – 33,090 – 920 – 40,450 – 1080 – 44,770 + Allowances, as admissible under the Rules.
Age limit:
For SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all categories candidates between 25-40 years. For fresh law graduates 22-27 years.
Examination fee:
Examination fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) is payable online through Net Banking/Credit card/Debit card or it can be paid offline within 2 days from the date of submission of online application by choosing the option in the online application.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fresh law graduates and those practising advocates/ pleaders and Assistant Public Prosecutors are eligible to apply for the post. Click here for eligibility criteria in detail.
Exam Pattern:
The exam will consist of one paper containing 100 multiple choice questions based. The papers will be set in both English and Tamil and each question with 1 mark and also there is a negative marking of 0.25 mark for each incorrect answer.
