Job 2018 Alert! Kendriya Vidyalaya is hiring teaching, non-teaching staffs for 8,339 posts
Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has invited applications from eligible candidates for 8,339 teaching and non-teaching posts.
The posts include Principals, Vice-Principals, PGTs, TGTs, Librarian and Primary Teachers. Candidates are required to apply online through KVS website www.kvsangathan.nic.in.
KV said in its notification that no other means/mode of submission of applications will be accepted. The recruitment test will be conducted through offline mode.
The online registration for 8,339 posts start from August 24 and will close on September 13, 2018.
The pay level for a principal's post is between Rs 78,800 to Rs 2,09,200 while the pay level for a vice-principal's post is between Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500.
A PGT teacher will get a salary between Rs 47,600 to Rs 1,51,100 while a TGT will get a salary between Rs 44,900 to Rs 1,42,400.
The salary of a librarian will be between Rs 44,900 to Rs1,42,400 while that of a primary teacher will be between Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400.

Age limit for the posts are given below:
* Principal: 35 to 50 years
* Vice Principal: 35 to 45 years
* PGT: Maximum 40 years
* TGT: Maximum 35 years
* Librarian: Maximum 35 years
* Primary Teacher: Maximum 30 years
* Primary Teacher (Music): Maximum 30 years
The distribution of 8,339 posts are as follow:
* Principal: 76 Posts
* Vice Principal: 220 Posts
* PGT: 592 Posts
* TGT: 1,900 Posts
* Librarian: 50 Posts
* Primary Teacher: 5,300 Posts
* Primary Teacher (Music): 201 Posts
