JKPSC Recruitment 2018: Apply for 1000 Medical Officer Posts at jkpsc.nic.in

JKPSC Recruitment 2018: The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has invited applications from interested candidates to recruit 1000 posts of Medical Officers. The last date to apply for said position is November 15, 2018. Interested candidates must visit the JKPSC official website jkpsc.nic.in to submit their applications prior to the last date. The JKPSC will hold the written examination on December 02, 2018.
 
Important dates for the JKPSC Medical Officer Posts:
1-Opening Date of Application: October 16, 2018
2-Closing Date of Application: November 15, 2018
3-Tentative Date of examination (written test): December 02, 2018
 
Eligibility: Interested candidates must have MBBS degree or possession of recognised Graduate Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or part-II of the 3rd Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
The holders of education qualification included in Part II of the 3rd schedule should fulfil the conditions stipulated in sub section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
 
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 and 40 years of age.
 
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age/ In Service: 40 Years
Physically challenged candidates: 42 Years
Candidates belonging to RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC categories: 43 Years
Ex-serviceman: 48 Years
 
Examination Fees: Candidates need to deposit the requisite fee through online mode. Candidates belonging to general category should pay Rs 400, Reserved candidates have to pay Rs 200 while PHC candidates need not pay any amount. 
 
Selection: Applicants will be selected on the basis of written test that carries 100 points with it.
