Jet fuel price cut but aviation stocks tumble
IOC on Wednesday, trimmed down the ATF prices by nearly 4% in four metro cities for both domestic and international airlines.
Aviation stocks sinked on Thursday morning after Indian Oil Corporation announced jet fuel price cut on Wednesday evening.
SpiceJet, Jet Airways and Interglobe Aviation trading negative in the range of 1% - 3.50%.
IOC on Wednesday, trimmed down the ATF prices by nearly 4% in four metro cities for both domestic and international airlines.
New prices available for domestic airlines are - Delhi at Rs 48,379.63 (from Rs 50,260.63), Kolkata at Rs 53,011.86 (from Rs 54,921.36), Mumbai at Rs 47,601.63 (from Rs 49,482.63) and lastly in Chennai at Rs 50,998.98 (from Rs 52,940.19).
