JEE Main 2020 application forms will be released today (September 3, 2019), a National Testing Agency statement stated. The students who want to apply for the Joint Entrance Examination should visit the official website jeemain.nic.in. They should go through the detailed notification before applying. The applicants have to follow the instructions given in the official website.

JEE Main is applicable for admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating though Central Seat Allocation Board subject to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 75 percent marks in the class 12 examination, or have to be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards. For SC/ST candidates the qualifying marks is 65 percent in the 12th class examination.

Steps to apply for the JEE Main exam:
1. The candidates have to first register on the official website - jeemain.nic.in Without registration, the candidates will not be able to complete the application process.
2. The candidates have to complete the application form with the personal details, academic qualification, examination center details and choice section, and exam centre. 
3. The candidates have to upload the photograph and signature image in the application form, as instructed and in prescribed size. 
4. They will be able submit their application after paying fee

The JEE Main exam candidates will be able to pay fee and submit JEE Main 2020 application form through online mode only. Fee can be submitted through debit card, credit card or net banking. The candidates must refer to the official notification in case of any doubt regarding the JEE Main 2020 application form submission.
