Modi Government Formation: After the results of the Lok Sabha elections 2024 were announced on Tuesday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) emerged as the largest party with a total of 240 seats. However, the party was confident of staking claim to form the government along with the alliance partner NDA. Immediately after the announcement of the Lok Sabha results, the eyes of the whole country were on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar from JD(U) and Chandrababu Naidu from TDP, which has emerged as the single-largest party in Andhra Pradesh, whether these two big leaders will join the NDA or go with the India Block. In the NDA party meeting in Delhi, both these leaders have announced their support to the NDA. After their support, the NDA also elected Modi as its leader.

INDIA bloc meeting starts

Meanehile, the meeting of the INDIA bloc leaders has also started.

Leaders of constituent parties have reached the house of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.

Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi, Sharad Pawar, Sanjay Raut, Akhilesh Yadav, Ram Gopal Yadav, and D Raja have also reached for the meeting.
