IRCTC has partnered with private company, Cordelia Cruises, to offer the country's first indigenous cruise liner from September 18, 2021. The IRCTC has also tweeted from its official Twitter handle regarding the cruise liner. According to an ANI report, the IRCTC will offer the country's first indigenous cruise liner experience from tomorrow, September 18, 2021. Cordelia Cruises is India's is India's premium cruise liner and aspires to promote and drive the cruise culture in India through the experiences that are stylish, luxurious and inherently Indian.
The ANI report further states that the guests on board will have the experience of sailing to some of the best Indian and foreign destinations like Goa, Diu, Lakhshadweep, Kochi and Sri Lanka.
