IPL auction 2020: The IPL Governing Council had set November 14 as the deadline for franchises to submit their final list of retained and released players. The IPL trading window for the new season also closes on the same day.
IPL auction 2020: The IPL Governing Council had set November 14 as the deadline for franchises to submit their final list of retained and released players. The IPL trading window for the new season also closes on the same day. This means that franchises have less than 24 hours left to exchange players. Notably, this has been one of the most active transfer windows of the Indian Premier League with several big names like Ravichandran Ashwin and Trent Boult switching sides. Former Rajasthan Royals skipper and current Indian Test vice-captain, Ajinkya Rahane has also left the franchise for Delhi Capitals. He was with the franchise for 9 years.

Ravichandran Ashwin - Kings XI Punjab to Delhi Capitals (Rs 7.1 crore)
Jagadeesha Suchith - Delhi Capitals to Kings XI Punjab (Rs 20 lakh)
Sherfane Rutherford - Delhi Capitals to Mumbai Indians (Rs 6.2 crore)
Mayank Markande - Mumbai Indians to Delhi Capitals (Rs 1.4 crore)
Ankit Rajpoot - Kings XI Punjab to Rajasthan Royals
Krishnappa Gowtham - Rajasthan Royals to Kings XI Punjab
Trent Boult - Delhi Capitals to Mumbai Indians
Ajinkya Rahane - Rajasthan Royals to Delhi Capitals
Mayank Markande - Delhi Capitals to Rajasthan Royals
Rahul Tewatia - Delhi Capitals to Rajasthan Royals
Dhawal Kulkarni - Rajasthan Royals to Mumbai Indians
IPL auction 2020 are set to be held in Kolkata on December 19. BCCI has already announced that all the teams will have an additional budget of Rs 3 crore in addition to the balance remaining from their Rs 85 crore from last year’s auction.

How much money does each team have?
Delhi Capitals have the biggest balance of Rs 8.2 crore followed by Rajasthan Royals with Rs 7.15 crore, Kolkata Knight Riders with Rs 6.05 crore and Sunrisers Hyderabad with Rs 5.3 crore. Kings XI Punjab have 3.7 crore, Chennai Super Kings have Rs 3.2 crore, defending champions Mumbai Indians have Rs 3.05 crore and Royal Challengers Bangalore have Rs 1.8 crore.
