In IPL, every player is auctioned and each of them is bought at a different price. Besides that, the winning teams, runners up, winning team players, third and fourth teams will also get different amounts of money. IPL will pay around Rs 50 crore to all teams in the playoff.
The IPL 2019 winner will get Rs 25 crore, whereas the runners-up pocket Rs 12.5 crore. Delhi Capitals (DC) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), the third and fourth teams in playoffs, will get Rs 10.5 crore and Rs 8.5 crore respectively.
In accordance with the IPL norms, 50 per cent of the prize money will go to the franchise with the rest being distributed among the players. The clock is ticking as Mumbai Indian skipper Rohit Sharma and CSK captain MS Dhoni prepare to face each other for the title.

There are rewards for fielding, bowling, batting and overall impact by the players throughout the course of the tournament. There is also an Emerging Player Award, which will be given to players born after April 1, 1993, and played 25 or less IPL matches.
