India's employability rises to 47% in 2018; engineers most employable
The employability rose by 14 percentage points in the last five years, from 33 per cent in 2014, according to India Skills Report, a joint initiative of Wheebox, PeopleStrong and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). Around 57 per cent of the final-year engineering graduates were found to be employable, an increase of about five percentage points since last year, the report said.
