Considering, Indians having lot of 'trust' issues, workplace trust in India is strongest, according to a The Statistical Portal report.

As per the report, India, enjoys high level of trust, while Japanese employees are some of the most distrustful with only 2 out of 10 having "a great deal of trust" in their employers, bosses and team/colleagues.

Globally, 46% of workers trust their employers while 49% trust their bosses and teammates. 

In India, 66% of full-time employees trust their employers, 67% of the employees at workplace trust their bosses and 68% of them trust their team/colleagues. 

Following India, second country where workplace trust is strongest is Germany. In Germany, 44% of the employees trust their employers, 47% of them trust their boss and 51% trust their teammates.

Third country in the list is China, in terms of strongest workplace trust. In China, 40% of the full-time employees trust their employer, 45% trust their boss and 53% trust their colleagues, which is higher than Germany.

Unlike India, Germany and China, in United States, which is fourth in the list, less percentage of employees trust their colleagues as compared their boss. As per the report, 38% of employees trust their employer, 50% trust their boss, higher than Germany and China, and 46% trust their team members. 

As per the data showed, fifth in the list is United Kingdom. The statistics shows that, 33% of full-time employee trust their employer, 42% trust their boss and 44% of employees trust their team. 

Last in the list is Japan, which have major trust issues at workplace. Just 21% of employees trust their employer, 22% of employees trust boss and colleagues.
